On Sunday, February 9, 2025 at 11:54 PM, Troopers arrested Anthony J. Fusco, age 41, of 5432 Old Providence Road, Virginia Beach, Virginia for, 1.) Felony Assault with Dangerous Weapon, 2.) License or Permit Required for Carrying a Pistol, 3.) Weapons Other than Firearms Prohibited and 4.) Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a road rage incident in which the suspect brandished a firearm and subsequent motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
