At 10:56 AM, Troopers arrested Kenneth Kilgore, age 30, of 308 Manton Avenue, Apartment #1, Providence, Rhode Island, for an active Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Silver Spring Street in the City of Providence. Kilgore was processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center.
At 4:02 PM, Troopers arrested Baskale Gaydo, age 30, of 201 Princeton Avenue, Apt.2, Providence, Rhode Island for failure to appear on the charge of Manufacturing/Delivery/Possession with Intent originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Union Avenue in the City of Providence. Gaydo was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution-Men's Intake Center.
At 1:57 AM, Troopers arrested Alejandro Gutierrez Son, age 22, of 52 Wood Street Apartment #1, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle crash investigation on Union Avenue, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight pending bail violation by the on-call Attorney General.
