At 12:26 AM, Troopers arrested Wanerly Espinal, age 21, of 50 Burns Street, Apt #5, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest originating out of the Providence Police Department, 2.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Review on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance originating out of the Rhode Island State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, and 3.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Technical Violation Hearing on the original charge of Simple Assault and/or Battery originating out of the Cranston Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Pawtucket. Espinal was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Women's Intake Center.
At 1:12 AM, Troopers arrested Jovany Chase, age 19, of 159 Montgomery Street Apt #2, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Violation of a Protection Order. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Pawtucket. Chase was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held pending morning arraignment, where he will be presented as bail violator.
At 1:12 AM, Troopers arrested Angel Wilcox, age 19, of 159 Montgomery Street Apt #2, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Violation of a Protection Order. Wilcox was transported to the State Police – Scituate Barracks, where he was processed and held pending morning arraignment, where he will be presented as bail violator.
At 1:35 AM, Troopers arrested Michael Gomes, age 45, of 180 Cottage Street, Apt #1, Central Falls, Rhode Island for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Domestic Violence – Simple Assault originating out of the Central Falls Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Smithfield Avenue, in the City of Providence. Gomes was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center.
