On January 19, 2025 at 10:30 AM, Troopers arrested Lester Miranda, age 29, of 421 Welles Street, Apt. #1, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for an active Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Violation of No Contact order—1st Offense, originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department. The arrest was the result of the subject responding to State Police Headquarters. The subject was processed and later turned over to the Woonsocket Police Department.
