On Tuesday December 3rd at 9:52 AM, Troopers arrested Harry Luiz, age 39 of 237 Rathbun Street, Woonsocket, RI on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with Suspended License originating out of State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Warwick. Luiz was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Sixth Division District Court.
On Wednesday December 4th at 12:59 AM, Troopers arrested, Rafael Vargas, age 33, of 87 Ayrault Street Apt#2, Providence, Rhode Island, on an active Affidavit Arrest Warrant for Domestic Violation of Protection Order originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Old Louisquessette Pike in the Town of Lincoln. Vargas was processed at the Lincoln Wood Barracks and later turned over to the Woonsocket Police Department.
