At 3:20 PM, Troopers arrested Ethan Shea, age 19, of 19 Snake Hill Road, North Scituate, Rhode Island for 1.) Duty to Stop in an Accident, Resulting in Damage to an Attended Vehicle. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a hit and run motor vehicle accident on Davis Street in the City of Pawtucket. Shea was misdemeanor released on scene with a future Sixth District Court Date.
