On November 27th at 9:59 AM, Troopers arrested Britt Benford, age 56, of 1 Cadillac Drive, Providence, Rhode Island, for a Providence Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Violation Hearing on the original charge of Assault w/ Intent to Commit Specified Felonies originating out the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street, in the City of Providence. Benford was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Providence Superior Court for arraignment.
On November 28th at 1:16 AM, Troopers arrested Michael Earle, age 40, of 66 Alabama Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – First Offense (BAC Unknown) and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Cranston. Earle was transported to the B.A.T. Mobile where he was processed and released with a future Third Division District Court arraignment date.
