At 1:15 AM, Troopers arrested George-Angel Torres, age 29, of 137 Hanover Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Violation of No Contact Order – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on the Airport Connector in the City of Warwick. Torres was processed at the State Police Wickford Barracks, and held overnight as a bail violator pending morning arraignment at Third District Court
