On November 22, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Abiodun Okikiola, age 33, last known address of 25 Cedar Swamp Road, Smithfield, Rhode Island, with the following: 1)Simple Assault and/or Battery. Mr. Okikiola was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.
On November 22, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Clay Krcal, age 65, of 16244 Clubhouse Drive, North Royalton, Ohio, with the following: 1) Fugitive from Justice out of the State of Ohio for Grand Larceny and Telecommunications Fraud. Mr. Krcal was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.
On November 22, 2024, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Sottarack Touch, age 36, of 129 Potters Avenue #1R, Providence, Rhode Island, on the following: 1) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Portsmouth Police Department for Cyberstalking and Felony Violation of a Protection Order; and 2) Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear Technical Violation on an original charge of Domestic Felony Assault originating from the Providence Police Department. Mr. Touch was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and transported to the Portsmouth Police Department.
On November 22, 2024, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Luigi Eleuteri, age 74, of 32 Blackman Road, Canton, Massachusetts, for the following: 1) Indecent Solicitation of a Child. Mr. Eleuteri was transported to the Wickford Barrack for processing, then to Third District Court for arraignment. Mr. Eleuteri was arraigned by the Honorable Judge Dubose and issued bail at $2,500 with surety, to include limited internet and no unsupervised contact with minors.
