Scituate Barracks

On Saturday, November 23, 2024 at 12:25 PM, Troopers arrested Marcus Caparco, age 53, of 7 Church Street, Smithfield, RI, for a 1) Superior Court Bench Warrant on the original charge of Domestic Violence - Violation of No Contact Order. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 East in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed and turned over to the ACI – Men's Intake.

On Saturday, November 23, 2024 at 8:30 PM, Troopers arrested Maura McKenna, age 48, of 68 Laurel Ridge Avenue, Burrillville, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for 1.) Failure to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle, originating out of the State Police Scituate Barracks. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation by the Scituate Barracks. McKenna was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed, arraigned as a bail violator and transported to the Adult Correctional Institute - Women's Intake Center.

On Sunday, November 24, 2024 at 2:00 AM, Troopers arrested Zackary Pacheco, age 21, of 10 Marden Street, Cranston, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/ Drugs 1st Offense - B.A.C. between .15 and Greater (Phase I: .190, Phase II: .192). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Memorial Boulevard in the City of Providence. Pacheco was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

On Sunday, November 24, 2024 at 2:30 AM, Troopers arrested Jovann Figueroa, age 37, of 65 Earle Street, Apartment #1, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - B.A.C. Unknown - First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Killingly Street in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to the State Police Headquarters, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
